In association with Coulter Cadillac and Mastro's City Hall Steakhouse, the Foundation for Blind Children's 2007 Night for Sight fundraising event will feature a raffle for a 2008 Cadillac Escalade with a $20,000 cash bonus.

Contest Rules

1. All proceeds will benefit the Foundation for Blind Children.
   
   
2. Vehicle displayed in picture may not represent actual prize. Allow up to 6 weeks from event date for delivery.
   
   
3. Must be at least 18 years old to participate.
   
   
4. Winners acknowledge that the sponsor assumes no liability for any lost, late, misdirected, illegible or stolen raffle tickets or claims for injury or damage arising our of or in connection with this raffle.
   
   
5. Drawing will be held on Saturday, November 3rd, 2007. Winners need not be present to win and will be notified by phone. All decisions are final.
   
   
6. Sponsor reserves the right to use photos and name of winners for advertising and promotion of future events.
   
   
7. Cash in lieu of vehicle, not applicable.
   
   
8. Price includes sales tax, license fee and documentary fees.
   
   
9. Winner responsible for any/all income tax liability.

• In accordance with Federal law, the organization will withhold taxes on the winnings at the rate applicable at the time of the draw.
• The organization must receive the required withholdings and a complete form W-2G before release of the prize.

10. Winner has choice of colors. Award based on vehicle with MSRP of $65,690
    
    
11. Should the raffle have inadequate ticket sales, a 50/50 raffle will be conducted in lieu of vehicle.
