Guide Dog Family Fun Day

Come learn about guide dogs with other FBC families! No age limit to attend. 

The event will include exciting carnival activities, educational presentations by staff from Guide Dogs for the Blind, an opportunity for your kids to interact with dogs from our program, a luncheon, and new puppy delivery!

10:00am to 12:00am  Winter Carnival Games and Activities

Hosted by the Arizona Puppy Raising Clubs and Gilbert Optimist Club

 12:00pm to 1:00pm   Luncheon & GDB Presentations

12:00-12:30- Learn about our K9 Buddy Program (for adults and youth)

12:30-1:00- What is it like to have a Guide Dog? (for adults and youth)

 1:00pm to 1:20pm    Puppy Graduation Ceremony and Slide Show

 1:20pm to 2:00pm    Dog Walks and Dog Grooming for Youth – Your chance to interact with and walk with a Guide Dog!

 2:00pm to 3:00pm    Puppy Truck Arrival and new puppy distribution
