"I love working at FBC.  I’ve worked in a variety of settings and I have found that the family and team oriented environment at FBC the most rewarding.  For therapists, there is a nice balance between being autonomous and receiving guidance.  The scheduling is flexible and the student population is diverse.  FBC, no doubt, is growing.  However, it is small enough to have consistent communication with the families, other therapists and the teachers.  Many of the therapists have been here for over 20 years.  They all are great resources and I have collaborated with them on many occasions.

Therapists at FBC are treated and respected as professionals, but most importantly they are valued as people.

It is my pleasure to work in such a compassionate, knowledgeable and close knit setting."
